Founded by Dennis F. Meyer, a well respected contractor in the community for over 30 years, our focus is to help contractors stay in compliance with EPA lead paint regulations. By staying in compliance with the EPA's lead paint laws, contractors can avoid costly fines. But more importantly, if contractors follow the EPA's regulations, this is helping everyone in the renovating process maintain a healthy and lead-free environment.
Our consultants, who are trained and licensed in EPA Lead Paint Laws, will come to your job sites to ensure that the job site is safely secured and maintained. We will ensure that you put up plasting sheeting and barriers where necessary, put up the proper signage and warnings that this is a lead paint area. We will take pictures of the site prep, and document this entire process. This will save you valuable time and money, and give you peace of mind.
During the actual demo and construction process, your firm will take over responsiblity of carrying out the necessary EPA guildelines with our periodic inspections.
We will come back at the end of the job to inspect that you have cleaned up the job site within the EPA's guidelines. We will document this as well with pictures and paperwork.
